"KaliCorp" refers to KaliCorp Sentiment Solutions, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, contractors, subcontractors, data partners, security partners, sentiment analysis divisions, frontier compliance divisions, and any entity operating under KaliCorp licensing agreements, whether or not such entities are disclosed to the User at the time of this Agreement.

"Pioneer Profile" refers to the comprehensive personal, biometric, behavioral, psychological, and socioeconomic data profile created upon User registration, including but not limited to: full legal name and all known aliases, species and subspecies designation, biological sex and gender identity, homeworld and current place of residence, employment history, financial history, criminal history (confirmed and unconfirmed), travel history, religious affiliation, political affiliation, organizational memberships, psychological assessment results, biometric identifiers including retinal scan, voice print, exoskeletal pattern, pheromone signature, magical aura signature, technomantic resonance frequency, and any additional data points KaliCorp deems necessary for the provision of Services, now or in the future.

"Behavioral Data" refers to all data generated by User interaction with KaliCorp Services, including but not limited to: exam responses and response times, cursor movement patterns, physiological stress indicators detected during exam administration, emotional sentiment scores as calculated by KaliCorp's proprietary SentimentEngine™ algorithm, frequency and nature of exam retakes, and any communications submitted through KaliCorp platforms.

"Frontier Zone" refers to any location beyond the Veil as defined by the Office of Expeditions Frontier Compliance Framework (gol://council-policy.gov/expeditions/compliance/v12), subject to amendment without notice.

"Authorized Parties" refers to the Office of Expeditions, FOXCOM and all constituent military and naval forces operating thereunder, the Stewards, AbadarCorp and its licensed security contractors, any planetary or colonial government operating within the Frontier Zone, any research institution holding a valid Consortium Research License, any corporation holding a valid Frontier Operating Permit, and any additional parties KaliCorp determines have a legitimate interest in User data, as determined solely by KaliCorp.

"Consent" refers to the User's irrevocable, perpetual, galaxy-wide, transferable, sublicensable agreement to all terms contained herein, granted upon clicking ACCEPT.

By accepting this Agreement, User consents to the collection, storage, processing, analysis, distribution, sale, licensing, and indefinite retention of all Pioneer Profile data, Behavioral Data, and any additional data generated through User's ongoing use of KaliCorp Services or presence in the Frontier Zone.

KaliCorp reserves the right to share User data with Authorized Parties for purposes including but not limited to: frontier security screening, criminal background verification, psychological fitness assessment, resource allocation planning, market research, targeted advertising, sentiment trend analysis, population modeling, and any other purpose KaliCorp or its Authorized Parties deem appropriate.

User data may be retained indefinitely, including following the expiration, revocation, or invalidation of the User's Pioneer's License, the User's death or legal incapacitation, or the dissolution of KaliCorp as a corporate entity, in which case data assets will transfer to KaliCorp's successors or assigns.

KaliCorp's proprietary SentimentEngine™ will conduct ongoing passive emotional wellness monitoring of all registered Users for the duration of their Pioneer's License and for a period of no less than seven (7) standard years following license expiration. Results of such monitoring may be shared with Authorized Parties without additional notice to the User.

KaliCorp is not obligated to inform the User of the specific parties with whom their data has been shared, the purposes for which their data has been used, or the conclusions drawn from analysis of their data, except where required by applicable law. As of the date of this Agreement, no applicable law requires such disclosure in the Frontier Zone.

User acknowledges that data collected through Pioneer Profile creation and exam administration may be used to generate a Predictive Behavior Index (PBI) score, which may be made available to Authorized Parties and used to inform decisions regarding the User's Pioneer's License status, frontier access permissions, credit eligibility, insurance premiums, and other matters without the User's knowledge or consent beyond that granted herein.

The Pioneer's Exam is provided as a service of KaliCorp Sentiment Solutions on behalf of the Office of Expeditions. KaliCorp makes no representations regarding the accuracy, fairness, or validity of exam content, scoring methodology, or pass/fail determinations.

Exam results are final. Appeals may be submitted to the Office of Expeditions Appeals Division (gol://council-policy.gov/expeditions/appeals) and will be reviewed within ninety (90) to one hundred and eighty (180) standard days. KaliCorp is not a party to the appeals process and bears no responsibility for its outcomes.

Users who fail the Pioneer's Exam must wait a minimum of one (1) standard month before reattempting. KaliCorp reserves the right to extend this waiting period at its discretion based on Behavioral Data analysis, Predictive Behavior Index scores, or any other factors KaliCorp deems relevant, without obligation to disclose the reasons for such extension to the User.

Exam fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: technical failure, data loss, server outage, exam invalidation, or User incapacitation during exam administration.

KaliCorp reserves the right to void any exam result, revoke any Pioneer's License, or flag any User profile for review at any time and for any reason, with or without notice to the User.

A Pioneer's License grants the User the non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to travel beyond the Veil as defined in Section 1.4, subject to all applicable laws, FOXCOM regulations, Office of Expeditions guidelines, and any additional restrictions imposed at the discretion of KaliCorp or Authorized Parties.

KaliCorp and the Office of Expeditions assume no liability for any harm, loss, injury, death, legal consequence, financial consequence, psychological consequence, or other outcome arising from the User's travel beyond the Veil. The Frontier Zone is provided as-is. KaliCorp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding conditions beyond the Veil, including but not limited to: environmental hazards, hostile life forms, criminal activity, corporate operations, military operations, navigational accuracy, or the continued existence of any specific planet, moon, or celestial body.

Pioneer's Licenses are valid for one (1) standard year from the date of issue and must be renewed annually. Renewal fees are subject to change without notice.

KaliCorp reserves the right to revoke a Pioneer's License at any time without notice, refund, or explanation.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for death or personal injury is not permitted, KaliCorp's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, which in the Frontier Zone is currently uncapped pending legislative review by the Office of Expeditions.

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KaliCorp and all Authorized Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from User's activities beyond the Veil, User's breach of this Agreement, or User's violation of any applicable law or regulation.

KaliCorp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without notice to the User. Continued use of KaliCorp Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

It is the User's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates. KaliCorp is not obligated to notify Users of changes.

The current version of this Agreement is always available at gol://kalicorp.com/terms. KaliCorp makes no guarantees regarding the availability of this page.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Absalom Station as administered by the Pact Worlds Council, except in the Frontier Zone, where applicable law remains under review pending the establishment of permanent legislative frameworks by the Office of Expeditions. In the interim, disputes arising in the Frontier Zone shall be resolved at KaliCorp's sole discretion.

All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by KaliCorp's internal Dispute Resolution Division. The User waives all rights to trial by jury, class action participation, and appeal beyond KaliCorp's internal arbitration process.

Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in KaliCorp's primary offices on Absalom Station. Travel costs are the responsibility of the User.

KaliCorp's arbitration decisions are final, binding, and unappealable.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

KaliCorp's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and KaliCorp with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
